•                    Strainer Cleaning for process non-process lines
•  
•                    Hose connection for process non-process lines.
•  

•                     Cleaning of sight-glasses

•  
•                     Maintenance of lubricant levels
•  
•                     Servicing of steam traps
•  
•                     Cleaning of oil purifiers (centrifuge)
•  
•                    Cleaning of heater pilot burners
•  
•                    Servicing of unit shower / eye wash facility
•  
•                      Various P.M. routine for Rotating Equipment
•  
•                      Various P.M. routines for Stationary Equipment
•  
•                  Removal from the units and the appropriate disposal of drums containing spent oil, bitumen, sulphur and the like.
•  
•                Handling, mixing and the addition of chemicals at site upon Operation request.
•  
•                     Lube oil topping up/Renewal.
